Key Relaxation is centered out of Youngstown, OH (and/or Mahoning County). If you reside outside of the city/county, we reserve the right to charge a Travel Fee on a sliding scale for gasoline, mileage, and travel time; Please refer to our Policies and Procedures for the scale. Currently, KR only has one LMT. Occasionally, we pair up with other local LMTs to deliver couple's sessions and/or Massage Parties.

No. You will never be exposed (due to draping; your private areas will stay private) even if you are fully naked, between the sheets, during your session. You are given time to dress/undress before and after the session, before the LMT is with you.

Thank you for choosing Key Relaxation! We offer a Refund within (14) Fourteen days of the service date and/or purchase for the following conditions:

If any services are scheduled but not rendered, the client is entitled to a full refund. If an individual session is scheduled and the client is unhappy, unsatisfied, or otherwise affected by the rendering of a service, the client may receive a 50% refund of the total service cost. If a package is purchased, and the client wishes for a Refund, they will be entitled to 75% of the service total IF already in use. If a package has been purchased, has not been used at all, and the client wishes for a Refund, they will receive a full refund.

If a Refund is attempted outside of the above mentioned time-frame, a Refund will not be rendered. 

We offer 30, 60, and 90-Minute Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Relaxation (Swedish), and CBD Sessions. Our Sports Massage Session is offered for 30 and 60-minutes. "Pamper Me, PERIOD!" and the "LMT+" sessions (both TBA) only come in 75-Minute increments.

It is well within your rights to dress/undress to your comfort level. Any Licensed Massage Therapist should be trained to work over and around any clothing you deem necessary to leave on. However, note: a massage is best given when the skin is directly accessed. Draping, the practice of covering the body and uncovering the targeted body region, is utilized to preserve your modesty. If you were to fully undress, the LMT would only expose and/or see the areas that are being massaged.

No. Key Relaxation allows the client to take their wellness into their own hands; with some help, if necessary. We provide a booking link on our website for clientele to choose what works for them. We do offer a courtesy reminder text 24-36 hours in advance and perform a confirmation call the morning-of.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any version of a 2-Hour/120-Minute Session here at Key Relaxation.

The Relaxation (Swedish) Massage is the best fit for pregnant women. Instead of lying on their front or back, they would lie on their side for the Massage. Special equipment and pillows are given for this type of session and there may be additional charges.

The Relaxation (Swedish) Massage is the best fit for children/minors unless otherwise directed by a physician. We can provide Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage as a treatment for certain conditions as recommended/prescribed by the physician.

Yes! We have two types: the Intimate Spa Party and the Universal Spa Party. There are key differences between the two (and we encourage you to read in-depth) but simply, the Intimate Spa Party is for smaller, cozier gatherings with a maximum of eight (8) individuals; the Universal Spa Party is twice the size (maximum of sixteen (16) individuals) and is for livelier gatherings that are more out-in-the-open.

Yes! Instead of purchasing individual sessions, you can purchase one of our packages. It'll come with a complimentary 30-minute add-on to any one of your sessions!

I.e. You book a 60-minute session, but want to use your 30-minute add-on. The 60-minute session is pre-paid, and the add-on is free for purchasing the package!

No. The Packages we have are set, and the sessions cannot be switched out or exchanged. Thank you for your understanding!

A Chair Massage is a Massage given on a massage chair in almost any setting. The hands, arms, back, neck, and scalp are the main areas of massage. Click here for more information.

Yes! Chair Massage activates the PNS (Parasympathetic Nervous System) just as a normal massage would. This relieves stress, anxiety, tension, and pain. Depression may lessen and sleep may come easier!

Unless wearing outerwear (Coat/Jacket/Sweater), clientele do not remove any clothing for a chair massage.

The average chair massage can last anywhere from 5-20 minutes. We offer chair massage at the corporate rate (by the hour) and by-the-minute chair massage. 

Chair Massage is contraindicated for those who have uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes; open wounds or fractures; fever; osteoporosis; malignancy or cancer; herniated disk; *pregnancy; *recent surgery; severe scoliosis; spine trauma; varicose veins; skin rash or irritation. If you do not have any of the above (*these conditions take special consideration), you should be able to receive a chair massage.
